A Personal Note from the Author
Santa Clara isn’t just a market I work in. It’s the place that raised me.
I grew up in North Santa Clara, not far from where Levi’s Stadium now stands. Long before the stadium lights and game-day crowds, that area felt completely different. What’s now one of the most recognizable landmarks in Silicon Valley used to be quiet open land and older neighborhoods that locals simply knew as home. Watching that part of the city transform over the years has given me a unique perspective on how Santa Clara has evolved.
It was also here that I met my business partner, Marc Estonilo. We first crossed paths at Kathryn Hughes Elementary School, and like many Santa Clara kids, we grew up moving through the same local schools together, continuing on to Buchser Middle School and eventually Santa Clara High School. What started as a childhood friendship eventually turned into a business partnership years later, built on a shared understanding of the community we grew up in.
Today, life has come full circle. I now live on Pruneridge Avenue, right between Pruneridge Golf Club and Valley Fair Mall, a location that perfectly reflects what Santa Clara is today: a blend of long-standing local culture, established neighborhoods, and the energy of Silicon Valley just minutes away.
Having grown up here, gone to school here, and now built my career here, I’ve had the rare chance to experience Santa Clara from every angle, not just as a real estate professional, but as someone who has watched the city grow and change firsthand.
So whether you’re thinking about purchasing, selling, investing, or simply learning more about the neighborhoods that make Santa Clara unique, I’m always happy to help. For me, helping people navigate Santa Clara real estate isn’t just business, it’s helping people find their place in a city that has shaped my entire life.
