She also worked with me to manage the budget, one I consider modest for what our whole family considered a miraculous transformation of the home. Nikki was completely professional, down-to-earth, funny, compassionate, and full of energy. Her familiarity with trustee sales gave me confidence that we could get through the process, even though it didn't feel easy. She seemed ever-present, checking on vendors working on flooring, paint, gardening, etc., answering my questions, and making me feel like I had a partner who cared about getting the job done, while also caring about my getting through the process. Nikki sold the home in 8 days, leaving a relieved family, a grateful trustee, and this testimony of a life transition I didn't want to be in, but got through because I had the right agent working with me.
