Delia was born in Mexico City and grew up around the Bay Area, currently residing in Sacramento with her fiancé and daughter.
Originally starting her career in B2B credit recovery, working her way up to an office manager position before shifting gears, Delia saw how important real estate could be for people looking to build wealth. On her real estate journey, she was able to experience financial freedom and build generational wealth through rental property ownership.
Now, Delia is just as passionate about helping her clients experience the same opportunities she did in real estate, this time as a NAR member. She enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, and her goal is to teach them how to establish roots, wealth, and security by using real estate as a tool.
After work, you'll find her polishing up her terrible but enjoyable karaoke skills, prepping for the holidays, taste testing coffees and beers from around the world, and learning about real estate and business, all while being a full-time mom to her daughter, Catalina, and her fur baby, Benny.
